A New Home for Energy Innovation

Last year we tripled the size of our team, growing from six to 21 full-time employees across engineering, supply chain, product, and go-to-market teams.

The new hires bring deep experience from some of the most respected companies in the world like SpaceX, Google, Blue Origin, Bloom Energy, and ExxonMobil. The team is all united by one mission: building the future of clean energy.

But great teams need more than talent, they need the space to build, test, and collaborate.

In 2025, we’re moving into our new headquarters. Its a 20,000-square-foot facility designed to support the next chapter of Exowatt’s growth.This space will be more than just an office. It’s an operational hub where hardware meets software, where engineers, product teams, and builders can move fast, solve problems together, and bring breakthrough technology to life.

The new facility will include:

1. State-of-the-art manufacturing and R&D labs to support production of our Exowatt P3 systems.
2. Collaborative office spaces designed to encourage real-time problem solving between teams.
3. A dedicated demonstration site where partners, customers, and investors can see the Exowatt P3  operating under real-world conditions.

We’re building systems that need to work flawlessly in some of the most demanding environments, from AI-powered data centers to remote industrial sites. That means tight collaboration between every team: from hardware engineering to software control systems to supply chain operations.
